What are the delivery times?

Shipping times are:

PREPARATION TIMES: orders received before 2:00 pm on Thursday are shipped on Friday (the only day of the week on which it is possible to ship from São Tomé and Principe).

DELIVERY TIMES: about 15 days.

How much is shipping?

€ 12.50 for all locations and is free for orders over € 50.00 (shipping costs excluded).

What is my tracking number?

The tracking number is sent by e-mail at the time of the order.

I haven't received my tracking number yet, what can I do?

The tracking number is sent when the package is shipped.

What can i do if the tracking doesn't work?

If the tracking number you received doesn't work on the courier tracking page, don't worry! It may be necessary to wait for the package to be taken over by the courier before being able to track it. Please try again later.

What is the courier?

How can I change the shipping address?

Once the order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.

Please always check the shipping address before completing the order.

Can I modify / cancel my order?

Once the order is confirmed, it is possible to cancel or modify it only if it has not been processed.

Damaged Goods - Delivery Error

If there is a mistake, total (wrong package) or partial (one or more wrong items in the package) in the delivery, or if one or more items are broken due to bumps in transport, the customer must immediately notify mg.engineering .lda @ gmail.com.

LEÃO Laboratorio São Tomé e Principe does not accept complaints after 48 hours from receipt of the package.

Customs clearance

Each shipment may be subject to customs taxes and VAT. As an importer, the customer is therefore obliged to bear these costs. We have no influence on these amounts and are unable to predict the cost of customs taxes and VAT.
