Curcuma longa LEÃO Laboratório São Tomé e Príncipe is a spice with a thousand beneficial properties. Popularly known as turmeric, it has digestive, anti-inflammatory, and many other properties. Its flavor is warm, delicate and pungent and vaguely reminiscent of ginger. It is perfect for refine not only Asian dishes and spice blends, but also for coloring foods such as curry. It is also used for smoothies, cereals and various drinks. Our roots from which the powder is obtained are delicately dried to obtain the quality of raw food.
